We build our foundation upon a concrete foundation called a Monolithic Pour. Approved by all building departments, we subcontract this work only to qualified masons, whose attention to detail results in a finished look.
The Walls:
Framed with 2x4's every 16" apart, we use double top and bottom plates for extra strength and durability. This framing is then covered with primed exterior Duratemp Siding, which comes with a manufacturer's 25 year warranty against delaminating and splitting. With our full 8' wall you can position your windows, doors, and even overhead doors on any side of the garage you wish. It also gives you the wall space that you've always needed to hang up those garden tools!
The Roof:
Engineered to meet wind and snow load requirements, our standard 5/12 pitch trusses are spaced every 24" apart (just like your home). Layered over the trusses is OSB decking, 15# felt (tar paper), and 30 year fiberglass Tamko shingles in your choice of color. Need a custom roof design? We can do that too!
The Openings:
Our prices include a steel overhead garage door (up to 16x7) mounted by a qualified installer. Also included is an insulated solid steel walk-in door (3'x6'8"). All our doors and windows are trimmed out with 1x3 hardboard trim. Again, a finished look!
